How are your frames made?
We have a custom framing shop where we use only the highest quality materials. All frames are hand made with exquisite attention to detail.
What kind of glass is available?
We use only high quality picture framing glass. The base price includes UV-blocking glass that will protect your chart from harmful ultra-violet radiation. Higher grades of glass are available including Non-Reflective and Museum Glass.
Can I get a different frame?
We have a custom framing shop and are capable of framing your chart in any moulding and mat combination desired. Pricing for custom styles will vary. Please call for details.
Is your colored matboard acid free?
At the base price the colored mats mounted on top of the print have an acid free core and backing such that everything touching the print is acid free. An upgrade to 100% cotton fiber acid free colored matboard is available at the time of ordering..
How are the names organized on the chart?
With children in the middle, paternal ancestors on the left, and maternal ancestors on the right. (Click here to view sample image)
Do I need to wait until I have all of the names for the chart?
No, certainly not. A chart with missing names is not only attractive but is also a great reminder. It inspires you to continue finding information about your ancestors. As more names are discovered, you can easily get a reprint through our Perpetual Update Guarantee.
How is a chart most affordable?
The charts make excellent gifts. When family members decide to split the cost amongst themselves to get a chart for a parent, grandparent, or other relative, the cost for each individual involved becomes very reasonable.
